Refund Policy

We sincerely hope that you’ll be happy with your purchase, but if you do need to return an item, we’re here to help.  Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and return the item within 14 days. Once received, we will refund in full less any delivery charges (unless the goods are faulty or incorrect) within seven working days.

All items must still be as new, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging with labels. Return delivery charges will be payable by you. Please ask for a Certificate of Postage when returning items and return them to: Chorlton Bookshop, 506 Wilbraham Road, Manchester M21 9AW. You can also return items in person to our shop. We’re open 9.30-5.30, Monday to Saturday.
